Co-pays are expected at the time of service.  We do not bill our patients until after the insurance has paid and/or responded to the insurance claim. 

We will do our best to notify you of any and all upcoming expected costs with regard to the tests and procedures done in our office.  We also are more than happy to work out payment plans for any patient balances.  Please call or e-mail using the patient portal a billing specialist to ask any questions.
